Kendamil Return Policy?
The return policy of Kendamil.com is as follows:
- The policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange can't be offered.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and in a good condition.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required in addition to the returns slip inside the parcel.
- Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify that the returned item has been received. Notification of the approval or rejection of the refund will also be sent.
- If the refund is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange for the same item is needed, contact enquiries@kendamil.com and send the item to: Kendal Nutricare Limited Mint Bridge Road Kendal Cumbria LA9 6NL.
- The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- It's recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There's no guarantee that the returned item will be received.
Please note that the return of products will not be possible for orders where the value of the products purchased is below the threshold set by the Department for Business and Trade for online purchases.
